I heard so many people say coffee helps you lose weight. In theory caffeine in coffee acts as an appetite suppressant and a metabolism booster. Reality of it coffee may temporarily take away our appetite, but couple of cups a day won’t have enough of an effect to help you lose weight.
It’s just myth, coffee can’t help you lose weight. Plus, putting too much coffee into our system can lead to anxiety, sleeplessness, and an increase in heart rate and blood pressure. if you’re one of those like me who is somewhat coffee addict or enjoy 1,2 cups just reduce whatever you’re adding to the brew sugar or cream.
Best advice: I think tea (Green tea) works way better if you want to lose weight or whole body/Digestion cleansing. It’s been proven to prevent some illnesses because it contains antioxidants and antiviral. Drinking a few times a month, can help reduce plague and bacteria, strengthen body, also help prevent getting food poisoning. Now day’s people use it to fight cancer, dementia, diabetes and heart disease, also lowers cholesterol levels. Great! What’s better than having clean purify whole body, circulatory system, complexion, and helps you lose weight, also improves metabolism. Awesome!!
